North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) has a large constituency, comprised of both public and government entities. Watermark was introduced to NTMWD through PR agency, Sigler Communications. When they were looking to do a total website redesign.
In partnership with Sigler Communications, we took a “mobile-first” approach to redefining the site structure of the NTMWD website since a large percentage of customers and technicians out in the field access the site via mobile devices. The redesigned site received an Omni Award for web design. The “facelift” that was given to the website was then carried over to additional print and digital materials, including educational infographics and social media outreach.
