Watermark migrated the Wills & Wellness CRM/MAS system to HubSpot, recreating or improving upon the existing infrastructure for Inbound marketing workflows , tasks and emails. After conducting market research and reviewing historical data, Watermark identified areas where we could create pieces of premium content to educate and inform prospective Wills & Wellness clients on the ins and outs of wills and estate planning. Video content and downloadable checklists resonated the most with the target audience. A variety of resources were created to address their audience at different stages of their lives. Watermark was awarded Gold in the 2021 W3 Awards for Wills & Wellness’ integrated ‘Mom-to-Mom Toolkit’ campaign.
Since working with Watermark, Wills & Wellness has seen a significant increase in website traffic, resource downloads, lead generation, video unlock gates and contact form submissions.
